Whether you are a client who purchased her dress from our boutique, or from somewhere else, we would be more than happy to schedule you an appointment to have your fittings done here at Saratina.

Saratina Bridal Boutique is happy to offer dry cleaning services both before and ater your big day. We work with a well known professional cleaner who will pick up your gown and deliver it back to us, so we can help keep the cleaning process as simple as possible. We are happy to announce that we are back to help you find the perfect gown for your perfect day! We are so happy we can get back to a more normal time, but we have had to make a few changes to follow new rules surrounding Covid-19 for the protection of our staff and our valued clients. Please read the following, as we will be sticking to these new guidelines until restrictions are once again lifted.
-Appointments will be required, and you can schedule those over the phone or through email. We will require as much notice as you can give so that we can accommodate all of our clients. Our hours will be limited and will vary depending on both customer availability and staff availability.
-One appointment will be scheduled at a time, with a 1 hour time slot being offered to everyone. This will allow our client plus ONE of their family members to attend the store in a safe social distance setting.
-At this time, we will ask all of our visitors to sanitize when they enter the store, and bring a mask to wear during their time here.
We will still be offering our Try at home service for clients who are at higher risk, and these can be set up by contacting us through email or by phone to schedule dates and times.
We also want to be clear that we will still be placing orders, receiving shipments, and following up on all deliveries as normal. All of our vendors are still available daily, and the orders are coming in as expected, with very few delays.
